The use of standardized and scientifically proven procedures plays a major role in personnel selection and development.
These procedures objectify impressions from a personal interview and ensure that recruitment and personnel development decisions are based on scientific methods and not just on an initial personal, subjective impression.
• What we do
In cooperation with a qualified psychologist, Gebrüder Schwanke has developed a procedure that combines proven tests of cognitive performance and personality structure with high validity with an extensive potential interview including a work sample.
At the beginning of each search, we work with our clients to assess the relevance of six different skills and test them using the aforementioned methods. This process increases the comparability of the candidates and objectifies the search results for consultants and clients. The process is carried out by HR developers and diagnosticians with industry experience.
