DIAGNOSTICS

Processing of the search results and selection of the best candidates for the search mandate with the help of our aptitude diagnostics. Review and examination of all application documents (CV, certificates, references, etc.). This is followed by an extensive personal interview. Often there is also a simulation of possible conflict situations in the new position with our client. Finally, all the results are processed in confidential reports.

PRE-SELECTION
