IT and electrical engineering
The future belongs to digitalization
Overview
Our age is characterized by the digitalization and networking of the world. In addition to numerous start-ups that are driving developments in this environment, traditional industry is also increasingly addressing these issues.
The digitalization of business processes to simplify procedures and improve evaluations has arrived in the SME sector and is driving change processes in all areas of companies.
Be it the digital personnel file in HR, the digitization of documents in accounting or the networking of machines in production, keyword Industry 4.0. Complex ERP systems network departments that previously worked separately and accelerate knowledge transfers. Fast internet connects remote locations with each other and extends workbenches all over the world. Electrical engineering in combination with intelligent software dominates areas in which mechanical engineering was still in charge a few years ago.
The coronavirus crisis has shown with rare clarity how much companies benefit from being digitally networked and thus being able to work in a decentralized manner.
The combustion engine and steel construction have already reached their development limits in many areas, meaning that the electric motor and intelligent control systems are becoming increasingly important. This control system in turn depends heavily on precise sensor technology that supplies the output data.

Was wir tun
We are supporting a German car manufacturer on its path to electromobility (Link: Case Study), have helped shared service centers to select managers for digitalization and have filled IT managers in medium-sized companies (Link: Case Study).
The search for software developers is always time-consuming, but rewarding.
In the end, we were always able to find the right candidate.
Not least thanks to the successful projects and the interesting interviews that resulted from them, we were always able to gain inspiration that also influenced our actions. We have digitalized our accounting, optimized our digital workflows time and again and are now 90% paperless (link: processes). Our clients benefit from this, as all measures are designed to optimize our processes for the benefit of our clients.
